Partners Honored with Secretary of State Public Service Award
Hartford, CT - Halloran & Sage LLP Partners, Joseph G. Lynch and Thomas P. O'Dea, Jr. are both honored recipients of the 2003 Public Service Award recognized by the Secretary of the State of Connecticut, Susan Bysiewicz.

The Public Service Award honors individuals who are currently serving on one of the many state boards and commissions in the State of Connecticut. For over ten years Mr. Lynch has served on the State Insurance and Risk Management Board, and for the past six years has acted as Vice Chairman. Mr. O'Dea is being recognized for his service on the Police Officer Standards and Training Council.

The award ceremony is being held on May 5, 2003 at Central Connecticut State University in New Britain.
