Brian G. Enright
Mr. Brian Enright focuses his practice in the areas of corporate and commercial transactions, due diligence, business acquisition, contract, leasing and residential and commercial real estate. In addition, Brian has extensive experience in zoning, land use and common interest ownership law.
Brian has extensive experience in representing lenders and borrowers in transactions involving government guaranteed loans including loans made under the 7A and 504 loan programs sponsored by the United States Small Business Administration. Brian is also a member of The National Association of Development Companies (NADCO) and has completed that organization's government guaranteed lending certification course.
Brian is a long-time member of the New Haven County Bar Association, Commercial and Banking Division. He also takes an active role in his local community. He is a past President of the Knights of Saint Patrick of New Haven and a former Grand Marshal of the Greater New Haven Saint Patrick’s Day Parade and current Parade Committee Member. Brian also serves as pro bono counsel to various organizations including St. Lawrence School in West Haven.
