Thomas W. Boyce
Thomas W. Boyce manages the firm's newly established New London office. Thomas has spent his entire legal career of more than 30 years as a trial lawyer etching an enviable reputation and becoming a master of his craft.
He is a statewide force among litigators in Connecticut. He defends members of the local medical community against whom claims of malpractice are made. This work has prompted Thomas to become proficient in the underlying anatomical structures, diagnostic studies, surgical procedures, and medical processes.
Thomas also defends businesses and corporations in serious, complex matters involving product liability, industrial pollution, contract disputes, vexatious litigation, wrongful discharge and other employment matters. He also has experience serving as an arbitrator and as a mediator in personal injury matters including medical malpractice and product liability claims.
