I-91 Traveling North to Rt. 9 Traveling South

I-91 North to Exit 22S to Route 9 South.
Take Exit 14 - DeKoven Drive.
At the end of exit turn right onto DeKoven Drive, travel to next traffic light.
Turn left at the light onto Dingwall Drive.
At the next traffic light, at the intersection with Main Street, cross Main Street, onto College Street (Dingwall changes name to College Street).
Once you cross Main Street, you will see a parking garage on your right. Enter the parking garage and take a ticket at the gate. **

I-91 Traveling South to Rt. 9 Traveling South

I-91 Traveling South, take Exit 22S to Route 9 South.
From Route 9 South, take Exit 14 - DeKoven Drive
At the end of exit turn right onto DeKoven Drive, travel to next traffic light.
Turn left at the light onto Dingwall Drive.
At the next traffic light, at the intersection with Main Street, cross Main Street, onto College Street (Dingwall changes to College Street).
Once you cross Main Street, you will see a parking garage on your right. Enter the parking garage and take a ticket at the gate. **

Rt. 9 Traveling North

From Route 9 North, take the left exit for Washington Street / Route 66 West.
Continue to traffic light at the intersection of Washington Street and Main Street.
Turn left onto Main Street.
Continue down Main Street to the third traffic light, at the intersection of College Street and Main Street
Turn right onto College Street,. you will see a parking garage on your right. Enter the parking garage and take a ticket at the gate. **

Traveling West on CT Rt. 66

Traveling West on CT Route 66, in Portland cross the CT River into Middletown. Stay in the right lane, continuing on Route 66/Main Street. Travel Main Street – pass by 6 traffic lights, at #7 light, turn RIGHT onto College Street [Citizens Bank will be on your right]. You will see a parking garage on your right. Enter the parking garage and take a ticket at the gate. **

From Meriden and Points West – Traveling East

Take Route 691 East, travel east and take exit for Route 66 East to Middlefield/Middletown
Continue on Route 66 East into Middletown to the traffic light at the intersection of Route 66 and Main Street.
Turn right onto Main Street.
Travel Main Street to the 3rd traffic light at the intersection with College Street.
Turn right onto College Street, you will see a parking garage on your right. Enter the parking garage and take a ticket at the gate. **

After parking your vehicle, take the elevator to the 3rd floor. Proceed through the double glass doors and the entrance to the Office Tower is on your right. You will have to sign in at the Security Desk. We are on the 2nd floor, Suite 205. Alternatively, you may park on Broad Street or Court Street and use the Court Street entrance.
